Veranda Way

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 oz. gin

  • 1/2 oz. Aperol

  • 1/2 oz. lime juice

  • 1/4 oz. simple syrup

  • 1 1/4 oz. Pineapple Road Tepache

Preparation

  1. Add the first four ingredients to a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake 20-30 seconds and strain into a glass.

  3. Slowly add the tepache to the glass and stir gently. Garnish and serve.
