Tepache Daiquiri
Preparation
Add the first three ingredients to a shaker with ice.
Shake for 20 seconds and strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Slowly add the tepache to the glass and stir gently before adding a garnish and serving.

1/4 oz. lime juice
1/4 oz. agave nectar
2 oz. tepache
