Tepache Daiquiri

Preparation

  1. Add the first three ingredients to a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake for 20 seconds and strain into a chilled coupe glass.

  3. Slowly add the tepache to the glass and stir gently before adding a garnish and serving.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. rum

  • 1/4 oz. lime juice

  • 1/4 oz. agave nectar

  • 2 oz. tepache
